TK6920 Boring
Description
1.This machine is mainly used for milling holes for large and medium-sized parts as well as other processing such as hole drilling, expanding, reaming and plane milling. The radial tool post of facing head can be used for surfacing; if cooperated with rotary work table, it can be used for processing inner hole and outer circle with large diameter and short length. facer is installed on boring rod, which can be applied to the processing of workpiece plane milling. Bed of TX6216E/1,TX6216E/2 machine is a lengthened type.
2.Main transmission system of TX6216E machine adopts DC motor, which can realize stepless speed regulation. It also has 4 mechanical variable speed regulations by using handle for control. Reversible motion of spindle can be realized by the reversible motion of motor.
Facing head rotates with hollow spindle with end face key as power train mechanism and with planetary mechanism drive radial sliding block to feed. Sliding block feed is a kind of no gap transmission which avoid “cutter falling” fault.
3.AC motor drives axial motion of spindle, motion of facing head radial tool post, vertical motion of headstock, longitudinal motion of front column. The stepless speed regulation is acquired by change of mechanical variable speed two and electric speed regulation. Electromagnetic clutch controls the mechanical variable speed regulation. Motions of all moving parts are activated by electromagnetic clutch except that motion of facing head radial tool post is activated by hydraulic clutch. Reversible motions of all moving parts can be realized by reversible motion of motor.
The sliding carriage of this machine is equipped with clamp device which ensured convenience and reliability and reduced labor strength.
4.Guideway of sliding carriage and headstock of the machine are imbedded soft band which reduced coefficients of kinetic friction and static friction and ensured running stability.
Motion of column is driven by gear and rack; motions of headstock and boring rod are driven by lead screw and nut.
5.Hydraulic lubricating system consists of domestic top brand hydraulic parts; guideway and lead screw are lubricated by auto-lubricating system.
6.The bed guideway of the machine is installed with a stainless steel shield.
